International Programme Department of Business Studies
The Department of Business Studies offers a one semester programme for exchange students (Semester I, from September until January).
Students can take up courses in our European Business Studies Programme or they can follow a number of courses at the master level. All courses are taught in English.

European Business Studies Programme
The European Business Studies Programme is a one semester programme offered by the Department of Business Studies (September - January). The programme focuses on European business and politics and international cultural environment.
Students have the possibility to obtain a European Business Studies Certificate (Postgraduaat certificaat) if they complete the programme. More information can be found here. The provisional course calendar for 2011-2012 (listing important dates and events) can be found here.
The educational programme consists of three pillars which focus on three important aspects of Europe: Integration, Culture and Business.
Visits to the European Parliament and Commission are an integral part of the programme.
Students can enrol in the following modules:
EBS courses are taught 2 or 4 hours per week, for a total of 13 weeks, from September until December. Exams take place in January. Retake exams take place in February.
English master courses
The Department of Business Studies also offers a number of master courses in English. Students can only enrol for these classes if they have already obtained their bachelor degree prior to the start of the academic year.
All master courses are taught 4 hours per week, for a total of 13 weeks, from September until December. Exams take place in January. Retake exams take place in August-September.
(1) European Law and International Labour Policy is a two-semester course. During the first semester, course contents overlap with the EBS-course European Law and Social Policy.
(2) Advanced management accounting and Performance Management cannot be chosen simultaneously.
