Content
The student is supposed to gain knowledge about to the discussed HRM-related topics, such as Work-Life Balance, Career management, Diversity management, International HR Management , Change management etc.
The student is also expected to deal with those HRM related topics in a result-oriented and critical way.
Especially during the group-assignments, the student is challenged to apply this knowledge. This is done by case-studies and group exercises.
Previously Acquired Knowledge
The student must have a basic knowledge of occupational and organizational psychology.
Evaluation
The assessment comprises two parts:
- A written exam (13/20)
- Portfolio (7/20)
Participation in both assessment form is necessary for completion of the course.
