Manuscripts should be prepared using MS Word. Please send in your paper in MS Word format (.doc or .docx) and as a PDF-file.
We will publish the proceedings on CD-ROM (with ISBN-number), and we plan a book publication with selected papers.
New deadline: March 21, 2011
Length of full texts: maximum 5000 words, not included the bibliography and possibly with some additional pages (maximum 4 pages) of examples, tables and/or figures.
First page: The first page should include the title, author(s), institutions, e-mail address of the main author. See format below.
Figures and pictures: They may be included in the text.
When sending in your paper, please pay attention to the below items:
- Save your paper in an editable format, preferably Word, AND pdf;
- Name both files ‘LAST NAME first name’;
- Don’t forget to attach them to your mail;
- Put as subject of your mail ‘paper + your last name’;
- In the body of the mail, please mention if you want to apply for the digital proceedings publication (CD-ROM);
- Also mention if you want to be considered for the book selection.
Setting the format in Microsoft Word
-Go to: File, Page Setup, Margins: Top/Bottom 2.5cm, left/right 2.8cm, Header/Footer 1.25cm
-For the main text, go to: Format, Paragraph, Indents and Spacing: Alignment (Justified), Line Spacing (single), Special (First line: 0,5cm).
-Fonts: Times New Roman 11pt for the whole text.
For the first page use the format below. References in the body of paper and the bibliography at the end of the paper should be made according to the Chicago-style manual ('author - date' documentation system); see for example:
http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide.html.
